Class of 2024 Commencement Exercises
Commencement Date: Friday, May 24, 2024 at 6:30pm
Location: Edith Kanaka’ole Tennis Stadium 
Graduate Rehearsal: 8:15 am (Report to Edith Kanaka’ole Tennis Stadium)
                                     *Grad Nite Attendees: Bring your bag that you’ll be taking to Grad Nite
Graduate Report Time for Ceremony: 4:45 pm (Report to stadium, dressed in appropriate attire)
Parents & Guests: Doors Open at 5:30 pm
Cap and Gown
 
  • Order online at balfour.com
  • All cap and gown orders will be delivered to the school, seniors will be notified to pick them up in A-22 before Spring Break
  • No orders will be accepted after April 4, 2024
  • Just need to order a tassel and diploma cover? You must mail in your order form

Song Practices
  • Practices are every Monday, during 1st recess & STARS (immediately after period 2)
  • Attendance will be taken and is mandatory
  • Late = 5 minutes = NO PRACTICE 
  • Excused absences from song practice include: AP testing, school activities, or absences excused by administration
  • Students that work need to give employer early notice, no exceptions

  • White collared shirt
  • Dark pants
  • Dark dress shoes
  • White dress
  • White dress shoes or sandals (high heels are not suggested, as students will be walking up and down stairs)

Tickets (all tickets must be earned)

  • A ticket is required to enter, regardless of age (this includes infants)
  • There are NO extra tickets available
  • Tickets will be distributed the week of May 15, 2023
  • Ticket breakdown is as follows: 
    • Senior Parent Night: 1 Upper Seat Ticket
    • Students that paid all dues & fees: 2 Floor Seat Tickets (given 5/24/2024 at morning rehearsal)
    • Grad Nite attendees: 1 Upper Seat Ticket
    • After school song practice on 5/22/24 at 1:30pm at the pool: 1 Upper Seat Ticket
    • Song practices: 4 Upper Seat Tickets
 

Additional Information

  • Fire Safety Rules PROHIBIT lei boxes, balloons, banners and pvc pipes being brought into the stadium
  • Please be respectful - NO air horns, suitcases, duffle bags
    • Dimensions of purse/bag being brought in can be 20” x 15” (same as an Aloha Collection bag)
