Here are the instructions to take the Impact Test at home:

*please use a computer or tablet

1. Turn off your cell phone

2. Go to: impacttestonline.com/stateofhawaii

3. Customer ID Code: 2fac036269

4. Select Hilo High School

5. Launch Test

6. Read instructions carefully

Steps to Complete Student-Athlete Requirements

  1. Watch the 10-minute DOE Mandatory Risk Management Video
  2. Take Impact Test at: impacttestonline.com/stateofhawaii
  3. Complete a valid Physical Examination Packet and Upload into Rank One
    1. All Physical Exam paper work is valid for 1 Year from the date of the exam.
  4. Complete and submit all the remaining athlete forms in Rank One. Refer to the Rank One link on the sidebar for a step-by-step guide to completing athletic forms.
Once the Impact Test, video, and all required forms/documents are received, the students eligibility status will be updated in Rank One.
