PTP Lunch Sessions
Hey, Class of 2022! Do you have some questions or need any help on your PTP? Come to Mrs. Frias' virtual PTP Lunch Sessions EVERY Tuesday and Thursday in the month of February. The zoom link will be emailed to your viking email accounts at the start of every week so it's easy for you to find. Lets work together to complete your PTP by the May 14th deadline.
9th Grade Tutoring
9th graders, Do you need to catch up on your classwork or need help knowing how to answer some homework questions? Come to virtual tutoring hours with our Gear Up Manoa tutors via UH Manoa's Online Learning Academy! This is a free opportunity for all 9th graders to get the assistance they need for subjects like math, science, English writing, and more! Tutoring hours are: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 3-6 pm till the end of the school year!
Visit the link on the screen, manoa.hawaii.edu/ola, to enter the tutoring room. For each session attended, you'll earn 5 hero points into your account. For any questions, email Miss Muraoka at [email protected].
PALC Registration
PALC semester 2 registration is now open. The project this semester will be a virtual performance of a Broadway musical. All rehearsals and performances will be online after school. Students may join either technical theatre or performance. The program is free, and students earn a half credit for completing the coursework. Playwrights Festival 2020
The Performing Arts Learning Center proudly presents the New Playwrights Festival 2020, available to stream on YouTube. The festival consists of 5 original student plays and a musical performance. ASVAB Testing
Hey 10th, 11th and 12th Graders! The third ASVAB of the year is this Friday, February 5, 2021. Testing will be located in the Learning Resource Center and begin at 1PM. The ASVAB is a military entrance exam. If you would like to reserve a spot, email Ms. Taniguchi at [email protected]. Spots are limited so email Ms. Taniguchi TODAY!
