Aloha Vikings! This is your K-V-I-K-S Morning Bulletin. My name is Jazz and here are your announcements for Wednesday, April 7th, 2021. Today’s schedule is 2-4-6

 

Hey Dragons! It’s Junior Days “Virtual but Real!”! Please participate today in “What’s Your Future Wednesday”. As a reminder, tomorrow is Throwback Thursday. You can find more information on Junior Days and its mini activities on the class Instagram @classof2022dragons. Also, the Class of 2022 will also be holding a Teapresso Fundraiser this Saturday, April 10th, 2021 at 235 Waianuenue Avenue (Yen’s Parking Lot). You can support the class by purchasing boba drinks, bentos, and other goodies at 10 am to 2 pm. See you there!

 

Attention juniors! Do you like speaking in front of people? Would you like to be a part of the 2021 commencement ceremony? If so, you could be chosen to be the MC for graduation this year! If you are interested, please send Ms. Arbles a quick email ([email protected]) to let her know you are interested in auditioning for the MC position. Emails must be sent by Friday, April 9.

Hey Vikings! Here are the candidate for each class’ class council:

 

The candidates for the class of 2022 class council are as follows:

- Running for President we have Mikailee Palmerston

- Running for Vice President we have Chloe Salom, Kyree Pattioay, and Joseph Gardner.

-  Running for Secretary we have Liliaonalani Icari

- Running for Treasurer we have Kiara Kotake

 

The candidates for the class of 2023 Class Council are as follows:

- Running for President we have Kaylee Yamada, Antony Pham, and Kayla Baligad-Pia

- Running for Vice President we have Dheryl Guerrero-Sy, King James Mangoba, and Kuuipo Kalipi

- Running for Treasurer we have Nikolas Galdones

 

The candidates for the class of 2024 Class Council are as follows:

- Running for President we have Kawehi Agustin

- Running for Vice President we have Emily Lavarias

- Running for Secretary we have Akane Todd

- Running for Treasurer we have Maile Hunter

 

Don't forget to REGISTER to VOTE ! Check your viking emails to access the voter registration form. Voting will take place on April 13th and 14th.

 

Hey Vikings, did you want to start your own garden? Or cook a delicious local meal for your family? Hilo High School is hosting another family engagement activity sponsored by Title 1. There are two events happening. For those who want to start their own garden, you can pick up a tomato seedling on Thursday, April 8th. For those who want to learn how to cook fried rice and fried saimin, ingredient box pick up will be on Tuesday, April 20. To sign up for one or both of these engagement activities, please visit tinyurl.com/april21FEA. Sign ups are from now until April 6th.

 

Hey Student Athletes! If you’ll be participating in sports, you are encouraged to take  your Physical Examination with a Physician. You can download the form at: tinyurl.com/PhysicalForm21, print it out and return it fully completed and signed. If you do not have a printer, you can pick up forms in the Hilo High office. Hilo High Security will be collecting the forms, so all you have to do is drive over and hand it to them.
