July 15, 2021 Summer and SY 21-22 Updates

Here are some updates for you:

Grab-N-Go Meal Service:  Meal service will continue through July 19 at our main parking lot near the cafeteria from 12:00 - 12:30pm, Monday through Friday.  These meals are free for children 18 years old and younger.  For more information, visit:  https://www.hilohs.k12.hi.us/apps/news/article/1459992

Summer Program Report Cards:  Report Cards from our Summer Programs will be distributed via STARS classes at the beginning of the school year.

2021-22 - Updates:  Details for the opening of next school year will be communicated through these emails as well as via our website www.hilohigh.org.  If you have not already done so, please download the Hilo High School App via the Apple or Google Play Stores.

Schedule Release:  Student schedules will be released online via Infinite Campus Portal on July 16, 2021.  For technical assistance with Infinite Campus (IC), please contact the Hilo High School Kokua Desk at http://helpdesk.hilohigh.org/ or via phone at 313-5658.

If students or parents have questions about a student’s schedule, contact their counselor for assistance via email, or via phone after July 28th.  Please do not call the school main office, as they will be unable to help you in regards to changes of student schedules.

If students need to obtain a printed copy of your schedule, students may go to the Learning Resource Center on their first day of school.  

Fee Payment:  Drive Through collections were held on July 6, 7, 8 and 9th at the Hilo High School Gymnasium Parking Lot.

2021-22 - HHS Return to School Schedule:  We will hold orientation days to welcome our 9th and 10th grade students back to school on August 3 and 4.  These days will be used to review policies/procedures/safety protocols, to get students familiar with the campus, and to have students report to each of their classes to meet all of their teachers.  

In person campus tours are not being planned prior to August 3rd and 4th.  Staff and student assistants will be assisting daily throughout the welcome back week.
