Qualifications:
- Demonstrated coaching experience in the specific sport of interest.
- Knowledge of coaching techniques, strategies, and rules.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective training programs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Provide skill development and guidance to athletes.
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and athletic administration.
