Activating Account (Parents/Guardian)

Parents, call your student’s counselor for an activation code. If you require further support, including account username or password recovery, submit an Online Help Desk ticket here: http://helpdesk.hilohigh.org/

 

NOTE: If you have already set up Infinite Campus for another secondary (7-12 grade) school, your credentials are the SAME. You do not need another activation code, nor do you need to setup another account. Infinite Campus is used in the entire HIDOE system, so any Intermediate/Middle or High School will be using the same activation code/account. Even if you have multiple students in your household, if they are within grades 7-12, you will be able to see each student's individual grades.
