Due to COVID-19 restrictions and safety protocols, Hilo High School campus is not allowed to house the Hilo Blood Drive. There is only one site located at the following address: 
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Hilo Hawaii Stake Cultural Hall
1373 Kilauea Avenue
Hilo, HI 96720 
Tuesday, 1/19/2022 from 7 AM to 5 PM
Wednesday, 1/20/2022 from 9 AM to 7 PM
Thursday, 1/21/2022 from 6 AM to 3 PM 
No walk-ins will be allowed. Everyone must schedule an appointment by calling (808) 848-4770 or visiting Blood Bank of Hawaii website: www.bbh.org 

Please provide the Hilo High School Lifesaver Club group code (383) when you arrive for your appointment. 
Please download, print and complete the Parent/Guardian Consent Form attached below to make your registration simple.
