Good morning Vikings! This is your K-V-I-K-S Morning Bulletin. My name is Kayla and here are your announcements for Monday, May 6th, 2019.

The library is now OPEN again!

Please come to borrow or return books, and seniors are especially urged to return their textbooks and clear their obligations.

2018-2019 Yearbooks

Hey, Vikings! It’s finally that time of year--yearbooks have arrived at Hilo High School! If you pre-ordered a yearbook, you can pick yours up at L-3 on the following days: May 13th for seniors, May 14th for juniors, May 15th for sophomores, and May 16th for freshmen. You must bring your I.D. in order to get your book!  If you didn’t preorder a yearbook, you can buy one for $50 cash only on Friday, May 17th. Have fun signing, Viks!


If you took the ASVAB in April, your scores are in! Please see Ms. Taniguchi in B35 to pick up your scores.

Royal Court Support Practices

This is a reminder that the royal court support (conch shell blowers, kahili bearers, pulo`ulo`u, chanter) starts night practices TONIGHT from 6-7pm at the new gym.  We also have Tuesday night and Thursday night. Please make sure that you are there and on time. Dress rehearsal will be at this Thursday nightʻs practice.

National Honor Society Meeting

Our next National Honor Society Meeting is on Tuesday, May 7th during 1st recess at the Pool.  At this time, we will be inducting new members, as well as voting for next year's officers. See you there!

Spring Football is here!!!!

Attention all interested football players, Spring Football is here. Spring Football training will begin Monday May 6th. All interested players are to report to the weight room on Monday 3:45pm. Ensure you have a current physical on file with the Athletic Trainers. Bring appropriate workout attire for strength & conditioning and have football cleats on hand daily.
