Seniors...your Senior Picnic forms are due to Ms. Park in room A21 or room A23. Remember...NO FORM means NO JUMPING IN THE POOL on Thursday!

5 rep max weight lifting competition results
The 2019 5-rep max weight lifting competition is completed. Here are the winners of this years competition: In the Girls Division. This years Champion is Riza Mae Rabanzo. In the boys division: In the 0 to 125lb weight class - the Champion is little "hee man" Ryan Cabreira. IN the stacked 126lbs to 145lb weight division - The Champion and freak of Nature is Nickson Rafael. The 146lbs to 165lbs division declared Ocean Gabonia the Champion. "The first PO to accomplish this feat".
MILAN:
IN the 166lbs to 185lbs weight class - The Champion was Hilo's own defensive player of the year, Kalen White. The 186lbs to 205 pound weight division saw Champion Jayger Ganigan sneak up on the pack. The. 206lbs to 225lbs weight division saw Kaz Kua squat his to be a champion.. And the heavyweight division went to Champion wrestler, SIone Holani. And the overall strongest man in the competition went to, "Junior Hulk" Kalen WHite....... Good job Vikings!!! Till next year - keep lifting!!!!

Hilo High School Boys & Girls Bowling
Come try out for bowling, no experience needed! Coach Damien Chow will teach you fundamentals on how to bowl, the rules of regulations of bowling, and many more. Interested students can sign up at the Hilo High School Main Office. Please pick up and fill out an Athletic Physical Form, along with a Student Participation Form prior to tryouts. Tryouts will be announced at a later date. Mahalo!
REMINGTON & TIMMY (JARED WALKS IN)
International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF)
Congratulations to Elizabeth Atkinson, Jared Goodwin, and Shwe Win for participating in the 2019 International Science and Engineering Fair held last week in Phoenix, Arizona. Both Shwe and Jared placed 3rd in their categories of Plant Sciences and Environmental Sciences, respectively, with an award of $1000 each. Jared also received an Arizona State University scholarship award for his four-year project on mapping arsenic deposits in Wailoa State Park. Great job representing Hilo High at ISEF!
