Hilo High uses the HERO K12 System to track tardies and reward good behavior! Students can earn hero points to spend at the school hero store for school supplies and snacks, and qualify for attending special events like Winterball and Prom. The hero system is tied to your ID card, which, as a reminder, all students must wear it on their person using either a clip or a lanyard. For your own safety, we request that you identify yourself by wearing your ID. This also gives you a chance to earn hero points as rewarders walk around campus during the day.
Don’t have an ID? Visit the Hilo High Library before or afterschool, and during recess or lunch to get one! Also at the library, services for students include checking out books, using a chromebook and printing!
