2020 School Quality Survey

The School Quality Survey (SQS) Parent Letters were sent home with your child on Monday, 01/13/2020. Please complete and mail in the enclosed pre-paid envelope at any time, no later than March 13, 2020.

If your child would like to earn 10 HERO points, please have your child bring their COMPLETED (and sealed) SQS envelopes to Ms. Julie Ann Lawrence in A01-B by February 14, 2020.
