This event was organized and run by the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum Japan, and specially planned for the Hilo, Waiakea, and Kamehameha High School Japanese class students. Students listened to the atomic bomb survivor, Ms. Keiko Ogura's testimony and participated in the Q&A session.

Ms. Ogura said, "I need to tell my story to the young generations. We were in hell, but we do not want those young people to see and experience such a disaster."
