Today is Celebrating Blue & Gold Friday and the last day of Homecoming! Tune in at 6:00pm to our YouTube and Facebook pages to watch the Awards and honor video as well as the winners for each activity and overall homecoming winner!
Today is also a dress-up day! Wear your Hilo High merchandise or blue & gold attire and earn 10 HERO Points. Remember to submit your photos to [email protected] to earn your HERO points!
Students, please remind your period 1 teachers to also submit names of those who dressed up to the student association email.
Senior Hall of Fame
Hey Seniors! Who is the best artist in your class? Who are the best BFFs? Who is the best waterman or woman? Please fill out our survey in the yearbook section of our Hilo High website to vote for your class Hall Of Fame. Class of 2022 ACT Information
Hello Juniors! A few weeks ago, information about ACT testing came out. Here is more information for you. Testing will take place on February 23-25 AND March 2-4. Your test date is based on your last name. The test will be taken in person at Hilo High School. It will begin promptly at 8:15 AM every day.
February 23- Last name A-C
February 24- Last name D-G
February 25- Last name H-Ka
March 2- Last name Ke-M
March 3- Last name N-R
March 4- Last name S-Z
All 11th graders are automatically enrolled to take the ACT. We are aware that this school year is different with COVID-19 present. If you do not want to test please fill out the google form that was emailed to all 11th graders by Ms. Taniguchi. If you did not receive or cannot find the email, please contact the test coordinator, Ms. Taniguchi, at [email protected]. The google form can also be found online under the testing section of the Hilo High website.
Zoom-in Movie Night
Hey Vikings! To close out homecoming week, there will be a Zoom-In Movie Night on Friday, February 12 at 7:30 PM for all students and HHS staff. The movie we will be showing is The Sandlot. There will be games, prizes and 40 lucky raffle winners. You're not going to want to miss it! So, grab your popcorn and join the fun as we close out this fabulous 2021 Homecoming Week!
