Aloha Vikings! This is your K-V-I-K-S Morning Bulletin. My name is Joseph and here are your announcements for Monday, March 1st, 2021. Today’s schedule is 2-4-6


Senior Week

Today is the first day of senior week! The theme is "Express Yourselves." We hope you all participate by expressing your best self. 


Today is Fishers and Hunters day. Take a photo of yourself in your best fishing/hunting attire and email to [email protected]. Your participation will enter your name for a chance to win the Panther Bundle!


Also, don't forget, today is the last day to submit your submission for Thursday's Different Types of Arts day. Send your picture or 30 second video to [email protected]. Check the Class of 2021  Instagram or Google Classroom for more information.


Cap and Gown Order Reminder

Seniors! Remember to order your cap and gowns by TODAY March 1, 2021 to avoid the $40 late fee. Order online at balfour.com. For any questions please contact commencement advisor Ms. Arbles at [email protected]


ACT Testing

Hey Juniors! We continue with ACT Testing this week! Remember, this is for all enrolled 11th graders. If you are unsure of your enrolled grade level, you can find it on your Infinite Campus account under "Today".

Tomorrow, students with the last names that start with Ke-M will be testing. Students with the last names that start with N-R will be testing on Wednesday.

Things to bring: ID so we can identify who you are, an approved calculator, mask, and snacks for the break.

9th Grade Tutoring

9th graders! As a reminder, there are tutoring hours with Gear Up Manoa tutors every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 3-6 pm. till the end of the school year! 

Visit the link on the screen, manoa.hawaii.edu/ola,  to enter the tutoring room. For each session attended, you'll earn 5 hero points into your account. For any questions, email Miss Muraoka at [email protected]


ZONTA Scholarship Opportunity

The Awards Zonta Club of Hilo provides $1000 awards recipients who later may be selected for a district/region award of $1,500. 

Ten international recipients are selected from the district/region recipients to receive additional awards of US$5,000 each.

Young Women, aged 16-19 living in a Zonta district/region, or who are citizens of a Zonta country and demonstrate specific qualifications are eligible to apply. For full specifications and to download the application, please visit the school website at hilohigh.org
