Are you interested in learning about Japanese culture, food and more? There will be a Japan club meeting for new and existing members on Wednesday August 17, in Shehata Sensei room in B45 during lunch recess. If you're interested, please join us!!

East Hawaii Cultural Center
Vikings! This is the final reminder that the application for the East Hawaii Cultural Center is offering a FREE after school program called ART Forward are due tomorrow August 18, make sure to turn them in to Mrs. Frias in N-103. Don’t forget that classes meet every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30 to 6:00 pm at the East Hawaii Cultural Center’s Ceramics Studio.
On Friday, August 19, 2022 there will be no school due to Admissions Day!

What’s up vikings, here’s what’s happening this week! Today is the first game of the season for Girls Volleyball versus Kamehameha Schools! JV starts at 5 with varsity to follow. On Friday, the first game of the season for Football versus Kealakehe, will be at Kamehameha Schools. Kickoff is at 7:30 PM. Support our viking athletes and be sure to use your free BIIF card to get in! Thank you!
Ceramics Announcement
Greetings Vikings! Were you in ceramics last year? Make sure to see Ms. Krauss in the ceramics room, C-101 during recess, lunch recess, or after school this month; August, to pick up or complete your art from last year. She has saved all of your work so that you can finish and take it home. Don’t forget your masterpieces.

Good Morning Junior Class of 2024! We will be having our first class council meeting on Thursday, August 18, 2022 in Mr. Yamamoto class, Rm. R13 during Lunch. This meeting is open for all Juniors who are interested in participating/planning this year's even ts for your class. These events include Junior Days, Homecoming, Spirit Week and our biggest event this year, Junior Prom! If these events peak your interest, or if you have other ideas, such as service projects, fundraisers, and other activities, please come and share with your class officers. ALL class officers and STARS Reps are expected to attend. Should you have any questions, please see Mr. Yamamoto in R13. Thank you!!
