Seussified Christmas Carol
Have you ever watched "A Muppets Christmas Carol"? "The Grinch Who Stole Christmas"? "A Christmas Carol starring Jim Carey"? Or heard the saying "Bah Humbug!"
Charles Dicken's "A Christmas Carol" was written in 1843 and has since been adapted in over 200 versions for the stage, radio and film & TV.
Our Seussified Christmas Carol will make you laugh and get you into that holiday spirit! This weekend:
Friday, Dec. 2 at 7pm
Saturday, Dec. 3 at 7pm and
Sunday, Dec. 4 at 2pm
You can buy your tickets at the door and they are only $5 for students and seniors, and $10 for adults.
Boys and Girls Judo
Hey Vikings! The Boys and Girls Judo 2023 Season sign up meeting will be on December 7, 2022 at the Wrestling/Judo practice room (upstairs of the New Gym), and will start at 1:15pm. Thank you!
Hilo High School Student Credit Union
Ho Ho Ho! Happy Holidays Vikings! The Hilo High School Student Credit Union will be hosting a Christmas Membership Drive on Monday, December 5, 2022, during the Hilo High Christmas Night, “Together for the Holidays” from 5 pm to 8 pm here at Hilo High School. Join and become a member of our student credit union. If you become a member that night, you can enter a giveaway for a chance to win $100 cash and some fun prizes!
To open an SCU account you will need the following:
Have $5 Cash to Deposit,
A Hilo High School Student ID or a different Government Issued ID, know your Social Security Number, Mother's Maiden Name, and Physical or Mailing Address.
The Student Credit Union branch located at the Learning Resource Center has many member benefits like withdrawing, depositing your money, and purchasing discounted movie tickets at school. Come and open an account at the Hilo High School Student Credit Union!

Hey class of 2024 juniors!
It's coming to that time of the year, JUNIOR PROM! Save the date, junior prom will be held on March 25th, 2023 at the Arc of Hilo. The theme of prom will be Enchanted forest. Your obligations must be paid prior to picking up a packet. Check outside room R13 Mr. Yamamoto's room starting Monday - Dec.5 if you are eligible to pick up a packet. Let's make this prom an enchanted one!

Hey Juniors! If you are interested in challenging yourselves in senior year, take AP physics to make you stand out to colleges! To take this class, you must be planning to take AP Calculus your senior year as well.
FOR MORE INFORMATION, PLEASE SEE YOUR COUNSELOR. We need a minimum of 10-15 students in order to get this class approved by the school, so make sure to sign up during registration!
Filipino Club Announcement
Mabuhay Vikings! Interested in learning more about the Filipino heritage? Join the Hilo High Filipino Club. We will be having an informational meeting on Friday, December 2, 2022 at room B-44, Mrs. Camero’s room during lunch recess. The primary purpose of the Filipino Club is to bring Filipinos and non-filipinos together to learn more about the Philippine culture through dance, music, food, language, festivities, and more.
