Homecoming Court
Vikings! Are you ready for our homecoming season? Be excited and join us to celebrate the Hilo high school’s homecoming with this year’s theme of “Once Upon A Time At Hilo High” Our homecoming week will run from January 9 - 13, 2023. If you are interested in running for our Homecoming Court, you can pick up an application form from Mrs. Masuhara in room A-16. The application forms are due this Friday December 9, 2022. We can't wait to share with you this magical season!
LEO Club
ATTENTION LEO CLUB MEMBERS!!!
If you ordered a LEO Club shirt, they're here! Please come to A-19 at recess or lunchtime to pick it up. Please pay for your shirt or shirts when you pick them up. If you don't know how much you owe, please email Ms. Tanaka.
Also, there will be a meeting on Wednesday in BB-302 at lunch. Please be sure to attend because we have one more project scheduled for next week! This is your chance to make a difference in our community!
GEAR UP
To the class of 2024, are any of you thinking about going to college in the mainland? Would you like to experience what life would be like in another state? Well, GEAR UP is offering you an opportunity to find out. GEAR UP would like to take 10 students from the class of 2024 to both Washington and Oregon to visit college campuses during the summer of 2023.
The trip is FREE, aside from your luggage fees and spending money.
To go on this trip all you have to do is complete the application process. If you want to know more, or want to pick up an application packet see Mr. Rosas in B-35. You won't want to miss out on this opportunity!

[SPOT] Winter Band Concert
Hey Vikings! There will be a winter band concert on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, starting at 5:30 PM at the Hilo High Auditorium. The Hilo Intermediate band and Hilo High Symphony, String Orchestra, and band will also be there. *puts trumpet up* If you want to hear us play, make sure to come and support the viking band!
[SPOT] Boys and Girls Judo
Hey Vikings! The Boys and Girls Judo 2023 Season sign up meeting will be on December 7, 2022 at the Wrestling/Judo practice room (upstairs of the New Gym), and will start at 1:15pm. Thank you!

[VIDEO] Junior Prom
Hey class of 2024 juniors!
It's coming to that time of the year, JUNIOR PROM! Save the date, junior prom will be held on March 25th, 2023 at the Arc of Hilo. The theme of prom will be Enchanted forest. Your obligations must be paid prior to picking up a packet. Check outside room R13 Mr. Yamamoto's room starting Monday - Dec.5 if you are eligible to pick up a packet. Let's make this prom an enchanted one!
