Tennis Tryouts
Boys and girls interested in trying out for tennis, tryouts will be on Feb. 6 and 7 at Hilo Inter courts. Boys- 3:30-6 pm and Girls 4:00-6:00 pm. Physicals need to be turned in before trying out. Any questions, see coach Leanne in F-Bldg. Those wanting to try out , but are in a winter sport please see coach Leanne asap. Thank you!
AG Discovery
Hey, Vikings! Are you interested in learning more about a career in Agriculture? Do you love plants and animals? Maybe you've thought about becoming a Veterinarian? See Mrs. Frias in N-103 to learn more about a FREE summer program at UH Manoa called AG Discovery. It's a 2-week program from July 9-22nd this summer where you can live in the dorms at Manoa, and spend time learning through hands-on experiences and field trips! Applications are open now and are due in March, so get the information soon!
Track and Field
Track and Field will be starting an official mandatory tryout on Wednesday, February 1, 2023.
Meet at the pool nearest to the road, at 3:00PM. (all paperwork should be completed of course)
Attend meetings on that day even if paperwork is not complete.
All students intending to try out for Track and Field but are varsity in winter sports still in season should report to track tryouts immediately
after that sport is completed.

Yearbook
Aloha Vikings! Did you pre-order your 2022-2023 yearbook? If you want to make sure that you get one, please go to the office pay window during recess or lunch with $50 cash. Auntie Allison will give you a receipt and you will receive one in May, when they come in. If you don't buy one by today, January 30th, you may be able to purchase one when they come in-if we don't sell out. Seniors will have first priority, then juniors, then sophomores, then freshmen, then teachers and staff. Don't wait or hesitate! Aloha, Mrs. Mant.

[SPOT] Commencement Song Practice
Hey, Seniors - listen up! Beginning January 30th, your song practices will begin right after period 2 EVERY MONDAY. As soon as period 2 is over, report straight to the Pool and sit in your assigned seat on the bleachers. Attendance will be taken, and this is how you will earn your tickets. Tardiness or sitting in the wrong seat will be counted as an absence. Please see Mrs. Arbles if you have any questions.

Hey seniors! It is time to nominate your classmates for the yearbook's Hall of Fame! Who is Mr. or Miss Aloha? Who is the best athlete? Please look on our website for the google link to fill out the form. Please vote by February 3, 2023. Mahalo from the yearbook crew!

Hey Seniors! Senior prom payment collection will be from today till February 3, 2023 during lunch in front of room A-16. If you are bringing guests, you will need to turn in your and your guest’s payment at the same time. You will also need to bring your ID! Thank you!

Hey Vikings! Our homecoming is coming up! To finish off our homecoming week, we will be having our homecoming Hoolaulea, on Saturday, February 11, 2023, from 4 pm to 8 pm, where we are gonna have a variety of vendors, live entertainment, and activity booths! If you want to be a vendor at our marketplace, or want to showcase your talent that night, or have an activity booth, you can register using the link on your screen or scan the QR code to register. Please register by Friday, January 27, 2023, at 3pm. Thank you!
