Japan Club Meeting (5/20/24)
Konnichiwa Japan Club members, you will be having your final meeting of this school year TODAY, May 20th, 2024, during lunch @P-3. The club will be closing a few things for this school year. Japan Trip 2024 students: it is mandatory to come to this meeting for Trip discussions. Hope to see you there, Mata nei!
WHAT'S NEW VIKINGS?
Tech Returns (5/16/24-5/22/24)
Attention Seniors! As a reminder, please return all borrowed chromebooks WITH chargers and hotspots to C-117 during recess, lunch, or after school by 2PM on May 22, 2024. Unreturned devices become an obligation and you will not be able to participate in commencement activities such as jumping in the pool and walking the line until they are either returned or paid for. Tech obligation prices are as follows: Chromebooks - $300, Chargers - $50, Hotspots - $100. If you have any questions, please see any of the techs in C-117.
Key Club (5/20/24-5/22/24)
Hey Vikings! Are you interested in joining Key Club? Join their next general meeting on Wednesday May 22nd, where you can experience what the weekly meetings are like. Hey Vikings! Be sure to check out Rianne Empaynado's AP 2D Design portfolio on display in B-building. Rianne is the ONLY AP-2D student at Hilo High School and has completed an amazing portfolio! You don't want to miss it!
Academic Decathlon Team (5/17/24-5/21/24) DE-CAT-LIN
Aloha Vikings! Hilo High is restarting its seventeen-time state champion Academic Decathlon team next year. Academic Decathlon is a nation-wide competition in which students study diverse topics and compete for a chance to represent their state at the national championships. If you're interested in learning more, go to B-43 during lunch, TOMORROW, May 21 for a quick meeting. See you there!
