Have you read any good books lately? Here is Ms. Aiona with this week's RAGL!

[RAGL Video]

Hi, I’m Ms. Aiona, English teacher in the Academy of Construction and Engineering. Something good I’ve read lately is a book called What Happened to You? By Dr. Bruce Perry and Oprah Winfrey. I liked listening to this book as an audiobook because I’m taking a class on trauma and this book came up as a suggestion. Also it’s my first audiobook! I really enjoyed it, and anyone interested in healing trauma or studying about trauma and the effects of trauma on the body and mind would like it, too.

If you Read Anything Good Lately, give it a shout out and share it right here on KVIKS. And remember,

RAGL is reading for FUN!
