Aloha EAC Members! There will be a meeting at lunch recess TODAY, September 26 in C-123 in Ms.R’s room. You will be going over two projects happening next month. Hope to see you there!

Aloha Art Club! There is another work session at the East Hawai'i Cultural Center this Friday, September 27. Meet outside of Ms. Z's room after school if you would like to walk down as a group. See you then!
[R] Japanese Noh Theater Workshop (9/25/24-9/27/24)
O ha yo go zai masu, everyone! Hilo High School is hosting a Japanese Noh Theater Workshop by Sano Sensei from Japan on Wednesday, October 2nd, during period 6. Sano Sensei is a professional Noh chief actor and a distinguished Noh teacher in Japan. Teachers, if you wish to bring your students to this workshop, please check your email from Shehata sensei and sign up for your class by this Friday.

College Visitations (9/24-27/24)
On Friday, September 27 - During Period 3 and 5 - Hawaii Community College will be visiting with Information and Applications. Also, since so many of you were interested in learning more about the University of Hawaii at Hilo last week, we scheduled another session! Please sign up and pick up a pass in N-103 to attend the informational session happening this Friday, September 27th @ 8:45am during pd 1. Kip Nagata will be here again to show you what UH Hilo has to offer. Hope to see you there!

ATTENTION ALL LEO CLUB MEMBERS! Please be sure to check Google Classroom for upcoming projects. There are 4 projects posted right now and they need to know if you will be attending. Please fill out ALL of the Google Forms EVEN IF you cannot attend. Permission forms for this weekend's project are on Ms. T's door. Also, if you haven't turned in your LEO Club application and dues, you can turn it in to Ms. T in room A-19. Again, don't forget to fill out the Google Forms! Thank you!

Elaine: Yep! You can celebrate the element of Earth by dressing in earthy colors like green, brown, or floral prints!
Ruth: OOOOR you can dress like someone who loves the earth, like a farmer!
Elaine: And remember to keep your eyes peeled throughout the day because there will be clues leading to hidden GEMSTONES around campus!
Ruth: Find a gemstone and turn it into A-16 to get a sweet treat and earn points for your class!
Elaine: We hope you’re ready to celebrate the earth on October 3rd!"
