TODAY, During Period 1 - UH Hilo with Kip Nagata
And during periods 3 and 5 - Hawaii Community College will be visiting with Information and Applications.
And Next week we have the following visitations scheduled in the Career and College Counseling office:
Monday, September 30, 2024 - During Period 2 - Occidental College
And during period 4 - UH Hilo application session 2.
Wednesday, October 2, 2024 - During Period 2 - Hawaii Pacific University
Thursday, October 3, 2024 -During period 1 - Northern Arizona University
During Period 3 - Dartmouth College
And during Period 5 - Weber State University
Please go to N-103 to sign up for a session and pick up a pass to attend.
Class of 2027 Shirt Distribution (9/27/24)
Hey Cobras! Go to Mrs. Gooch's, room C-106 to pick up your class shirts during recess and lunch TODAY to ensure you have them for homecoming week. If you do not pick it up this week they will be in Mrs. Gooch's room. Thank you!

JROTC Battalion Formation (9/27/24)
Hey there JROTC cadets, today we have a battalion formation during lunch at the auditorium in B building. Attendance will be taken and graded, no uniform required. Alpha company will be sitting on the right side of the auditorium, and Bravo company will be sitting on the left side of the auditorium. Thank you!

Bus Pass Applications (9/17/24-9/27/24)
The application window for Quarter 2 bus passes is open until November 15th. If you would like to ride for the second quarter, you can submit your application online or pickup and return a paper copy at the main office. Those of you who have a Quarter 1 bus pass may still ride until Fall Break or October 4th. If you have any questions, please stop by the office.
Japanese Noh Theater Workshop (9/25/24-9/27/24)
O ha yo go zai masu, everyone! Hilo High School is hosting a Japanese Noh Theater Workshop by Sano Sensei from Japan on Wednesday, October 2nd, during period 6. Sano Sensei is a professional Noh chief actor and a distinguished Noh teacher in Japan. Teachers, if you wish to bring your students to this workshop, please check your email from Shehata sensei and sign up for your class by today.
Leo Club (9/25/24-9/27/24)
ATTENTION ALL LEO CLUB MEMBERS! Please be sure to check Google Classroom for upcoming projects. There are 4 projects posted right now and they need to know if you will be attending. Please fill out ALL of the Google Forms EVEN IF you cannot attend. Permission forms for this weekend's project are on Ms. T's door. Also, if you haven't turned in your LEO Club application and dues, you can turn it in to Ms. T in room A-19. Again, don't forget to fill out the Google Forms! Thank you!

Digital Design 1 (9/27/24)
Shout out to digital design 1 pathway students for finishing their final book cover project for Quarter 1! This is the 2nd project the students have created on Adobe Illustrator and they definitely deserve to be showcased for their talent! Look at the amazing diversity of creativity and skill we have at Hilo High School! Good job Digital Design Pathway students!

Clara: We will be having our Homecoming Closing LOT with our Class Dance, Mascot, and Game Competitions! We will also reveal our 2024-25 Homecoming WINNING CLASS!
Mariella: Don't forget that our Viking Football Team will play against Kea'au at Wong Stadium on Friday Night! Our Homecoming Court AND Winning class dance will be performing during the game!
