KTA Pharmacy will be on campus this Friday, Oct. 24, 2025 to administer a Flu shot to all Students interested. Please scan the QR Code on the attached Flyer or print out the Flu Vaccine Consent Form to register. You can also register for the Labubu Giveaway.
Please complete the consent form and return it to your teacher as soon as possible.
