Today at Hilo High School
Are you ready for a SPOOKTACULAR Halloween? Some teachers will be handing out candy TODAY to students who are dressed up during wiki recess. Make sure to bring your candy bucket and get some sweet treats! There will also be a Halloween fashion show during lunch in front of the auditorium for everyone to show off their costumes, so be sure to come and watch or walk on the runway! See you there, Vikings!
The Mock Trial Club Association is having its introductory meeting TODAY, October 31st in i-101! No law experience needed — just bring your friends and your sweet tooth, because there’ll be Halloween candy! Come learn how to argue like a lawyer and have some spooky fun!
What’s New Vikings
The fellowship of Christian Athletes Club would like for you to have a free glow band and cross to wear or give away TONIGHT! Come to Mr. Masuyama's room at m-108 during recess, lunch, and afterschool to get it. Only 200 are available so get it while it lasts! The bands are in various glow up colors and have a verse from the bible that reads: "In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your father in heaven. Matthew 5:16."
In Case You Missed It Vikings
(10/17-11/2) Interested in joining Girls basketball? Try outs will be on Nov 3rd, 4th and 5th from 6pm to 7:45pm in the New Gym.
(10/14-11/10) Boys varsity and junior varsity basketball tryouts will be held on November 10th thru Nov 12th from 4:00pm-6:00pm at the new gym. All athletes trying out will need to fill out the required athlete forms found on the Hilo High website under the athletics tab.
In addition, players are also required to sign up for tryouts in Building F, room 85.
