Here’s What’s New Vikings
(1/26-1/29) There will be an FCA meeting this Thursday, January 29, at the pool during lunch. The guest speaker and pizza sponsor will be Coach Mike Diaz from Arise Church. Bring a friend to enjoy pizza, hang out, and learn about the word of God. The verse of the week is Romans 12:2, “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”
(1/26-1/30) Are you interested in shaping the future of Hilo High? By serving as a student representative in the School Community Council, you will create connections with alumni, administration, and teachers, and participate in discussions deciding the future of our school. If you are a current Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior interested in serving as a student representative for the Hilo High SCC, please contact River Flynn at [email protected]
(1/23-1/28) The Environmental Students of Change Club, or EAC, needs your help with an upcoming art project! Plastic bottle caps and used Expo pens are being collected for the rest of Quarter 3 to help create a school mural. To donate, please leave these items in a container outside your classroom in a visible and accessible spot. EAC members will collect items every Even Friday during Campus Cleanup. Donations may also be dropped off directly to Mr. Souza in room C-123. For questions, contact [email protected]
