Today was the kickoff of our week long SPIRIT WEEK! Students began the week in their Beach Day attire. They brought their beach "slippahs", beach towels, surf shorts, and shades as they tackled those textbooks on Monday!
Our spirit buttons continue to be on sale too! Viking Students can cash in ONE HERO Point, (yes, just one), to get a button with a lucky number! At the spirit rally on Monday, 10 lucky winners were randomly selected and won COOL prizes from some of our favorite our local vendors! Five lucky Vikings even won an on-the-spot pizza party! A Special Mahalo to Kozmic Cones and Pizza Hut for Monday's Prizes. A complete list of all donors toward this week's events will be published later (it's a surprise)!
What would BEACH Day be without swimming challenges?! Thank you to the many volunteer participants in today's fun challenges!
STUDENTS: Please remember, now is the time to show your VIKING SPIRIT and participate! We know all of you are just aching to show off your sports attire on TUESDAY! Call your friends, make arrangements now to dress in your favorite team or sporting attire.
Be sure to come to the patio to get counted toward HERO & Class points! There will be raffle pulls EVERYDAY this week, so cash in those points! Remember, HERO points are earned by doing good deeds, wearing your student ID, and participating in student projects!
