In line with her focus on Student Voice and School Design, Dr. Kishimoto and a team of State DOE Leaders visited classrooms and spoke directly with many of our students about their experiences at Hilo High, their goals, and the plans they have for the future.
The entire team of educators had a very busy schedule, including visits to other campuses and a leadership team meeting. State leaders visiting included Complex Area Superintendents Kathy Dimino, Bill Arakaki, Lindsay Ball, Donna Lum Kagawa; and Assistant Superintendents Brook Conner and Cindy Covell.
