The first is a message from Hawaii Department of Education Superintendent, Dr. Christina Kishimoto, dated March 2, 2018.
The second is a message from our Principal, Mr. Robert Dircks. Within Mr. Dircks' letter, he describes a plan, developed by the student leadership, for students to bring a written note to be read at a rally to be held on March 14th during lunch recess in front of the auditorium. Likewise, those students just wishing to come and stand together and raise their hands against gun violence would also be encouraged to attend.
