Strength and Conditioning
Viking Wrestling Strength and Conditioning in preparation for upcoming season will begin Monday and Wednesdays beginning October 1, 2018 at Weight-room, 4:30-6pm. All participants are reminded to have a valid-current physical that need to be submitted to Athletic Trainers office.
Jungle Book
Aloha VIKS! You're invited to finish off Homecoming Week by attending a free performance of the play Jungle Book! One show only, on Sunday, September 30, at 2:30 pm in the auditorium. Bring the ohana, this show is fun for everyone! And it's free! PALC is proud to be part of the Viking Ohana! Have a great week!
VIKING BAND FUNDRAISER
The Hilo High School Viking Band is selling Ocean Sushi and Don's Grill vouchers for $15 each. Every voucher works like a gift card and every item on the menu can be ordered.
