Strength and Conditioning
Viking Wrestling Strength and Conditioning in preparation for upcoming season will begin Monday and Wednesdays beginning October 1, 2018 at Weight-room, 4:30-6pm. All participants are reminded to have a valid-current physical that need to be submitted to Athletic Trainers office.

One way to help pay for your college education is through Scholarships. The College and Career office is receiving information about many scholarships that could be right for you. Come to A-1 to look through the binder and APPLY NOW! All scholarships are also listed on the Hilo High website under Counseling and Scholarship Information. Some scholarships available now are Gromet Scholarship - Due Oct 12 - up to $2,000 for Hawaii college and up to $5,000 for mainland college, Letter to My Parents Contest - Due Oct 15 - Three (3) $500 scholarships awarded, Horatio Alger Scholarship - Due Oct 25 - up to $25,000 available COME TO A-1 and see Mrs. Frias for application information or to view more scholarships. You cannot earn any scholarship monies if you do not apply!!
