Career Fair Special Activity Consent Form
Aloha, Vikings! We are excited to inform you that you will ALL have the opportunity to attend a Career Fair during school at the New Gym on Friday, February 1st. Some of the exhibits are more interactive, and require your parent or guardian's consent. If you may be interested in operating heavy machinery, pounding some nails, having your hair styled, receiving a massage, or touring a boom truck, please pick up a consent form from the Counseling Center in A-1 or from the Front Office. Consent forms must be signed and returned to A-1 by Thursday, January 31st. Remember, ALL Vikings will attend the Career Fair, and be able to visit with most of the presenters. Consent forms are only required for certain activities.
ASVAB Test #3
Our third ASVAB test of the year is scheduled for Thursday, February 7th. If you are a 10th-12th grader and interested in taking the ASVAB, sign up with Ms. Taniguchi in B35. Spots are limited so don't wait to sign up. Royal May Day Applications DUE

Attention Vikings! A Hawaii Air Force National Guard member is coming to Hilo High on Friday, January 25th during pd 2. Please see Ms. Lawrence in A-1 to sign up and pick up a pass. You can hear from a current member about his experiences and learn more about how to pursue a future career for yourself.

HHS VARSITY SOFTBALL TRY-OUTS
If you are interested in trying out for the Varsity Softball Team, try-outs begin on Monday, January 28, 2019 @ Kapiolani Softball Field. It will start at 3:30 PM. You must have a current physical on file to participate.
Boys and Girl’s Tennis
To all boys and girls interested in trying out for tennis: Please see coach Leanne in F-Bldg. to sign-up and grab an information paper. Hitting & conditioning is going on every Tues., Wed., & Fri. 4:30 -6 pm at Hilo Inter courts. Try-outs will be held on Feb. 11 through Feb. 13th, so don't forget to have a current physical done. Forms can be picked up at the front office or athletic office. Here is today’s menu. For wiki it’s:Portuguese Sausage WG Rice or Cereal & WG Toast with Sliced Peaches and 100% Fruit Juice
