HOʻĀLA ACADEMY ignites the potential within every student, fostering innovative, community-minded builders and leaders. We envision graduates who, grounded in ʻike (knowledge), hana (action), and naʻauao (wisdom), are empowered to design, create, and lead a sustainable future for Hawaiʻi and the world with integrity and aloha.

Mission

Our mission is to awaken and prepare students in Engineering, Welding, Construction, Business, and Digital Design through in-class and real-world learning experiences. We cultivate critical thinking, creative collaboration, and an entrepreneurial spirit, ensuring that our students are skilled craftspeople and problem solvers, ready to contribute to their communities and careers.
