Q: I used to be able to log in, but now I can’t!
A: If you never updated your recovery email and/or selected your security photos, users are locked out and require a password reset. Please contact the Portal Manager for assistance.

Q: I am a Parent/Guardian, how do I get access?
A: Contact your student's counselor for an activation code.

Q: I forgot my password.
A: On the portal log in page, press: Forgot your Password? If that fails, submit a help desk request on: http://helpdesk.hilohigh.org/

Q: What do I find on the portal?
A: Grades, attendants and assignments. Ways to directly communicate with teachers.

Q: Why isn’t there a grade for a particular class? How often is this updated?
A: The teacher did not update the grade book. Certain substitute teachers do not have access to Infinite Campus. Infinite Campus is the official SIS and Gradebook for the HIDOE. Teachers are encouraged to use it on a regular basis.
